Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

ECOFACT's experience in strategic environmental assessment and planning is applied to all SEA projects undertaken for both public and private sector clients.

Following the requirements of the EC Directive 2001/42, SEA and Sustainability Appraisals (SA) are being approached in various sectors to help improve the environmental sustainability of public plans and programmes and to provide an assessment of the interaction of existing plans and programmes in combination with the proposed project.

ECOFACT follow the legislative requirements and available guidelines for undertaking these assessments. We can provide:
